Whisper, formally know as Devo, is a lover, kind and gentle cat. I don't think I have ever known a kitty so relax and chill. He is definitely a lap cat. He loves playing with his foster siblings. He will make a wonderful pet, especially if you like to cuddle on the couch. He gets along well with everyone.
