Phil is a big boy with an even bigger heart! He was trapped from a cat colony and was found to have severe dental issues that required surgery. After his TNVR (Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate, Return/Release) procedure, Phil was welcomed into St. Francis and given the gift of a warm, loving foster home.When Phil went in for his dental surgery, the veterinary team also discovered a large incision on his gum that needed attention. This sweet boy has been through a lot, and now he's ready for his next chapter! Phil is ready to find his furever home and a family to call his own!
