Meet Tanglewood Tanglewood carries scars from a life that was far too cruel. While being fed in a neighborhood colony, he was noticed with a large bloody wound on his back. An elderly resident said some people there hated the cats and had thrown boiling water on him. By the time he was rescued, the wounds had long begun healing—but the scars remained, stretching from beneath his neck, across his shoulder, and down his back. And somehow… despite all of that, Tanglewood is one of the gentlest souls. Once safe indoors, it didn’t take long to realize this boy was never meant to be outside fighting to survive. After healing, battling ringworm (twice, because apparently he likes drama alongside Temple haha), Tanglewood showed his true self. A total lovebug. The moment I sit on the sofa, he’s in my lap. Every single time. As if all he ever wanted was kindness. Some cats survive cruelty and become fearful. Tanglewood survived it and still chose love.
